Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

The product shows signs of use, washing, or alteration
Tags or packaging are missing
The return request is made after 48 hours
The item is purchased during sale / clearance / discount offers

Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval

💳 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability
Only one exchange per order is permitted
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
Minor irregularities in ethnic fabrics or prints are natural and are not considered defects
