Replacement or Exchange Policy
- Products can be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. In all other cases, replacement or e-voucher (3 months validity) is available.
- Exchange or Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (sizes other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in color, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and the camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- The cost of shipping For Size Replacements or Exchanges more than one time to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer or will be applicable as per the customer's raised concern. Customers must check the size chart on the product detail page before placing an order or returning for size-related concerns.
- Exchange is allowed with the same products only.
- If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for size exchange,
- Customer may write to us at within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Replacement or Exchange
- Defective product received – Only product 6 images are required & Tag Image required.
- Wrong product received – Both product & Tag images required.
- Wrong size received - Both product & Tag images required.
Return for Replacement or Exchange Intimation:
Customer can raise concerns on website for replacement return with easy steps as shown below:
- Login to poshida STORE website then click on Your Account.
- Click on My Orders.
- Click on view in action column for returns of replacement or exchanges.
You can Email Us or connect with us through the WhatsApp link given on the website within 7 days from the date of delivery. The details of the replacement or exchange (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with Customer Support by website email WhatsApp, or SMS.
Guidelines for a valid return for replacement or exchange:
- Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition.
- Tags should be retained and returned.
- Jewelry, Mask & Fragrances are non-returnable.
- Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

- Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by poshida and accept The poshida STORE’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
Mode of Refund
- For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.
We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases:

Please Note:
Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the poshida pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met as mentioned above). Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
